“Skilled and Effective”
Beth is extremely skilled and effective as a classroom presenter. On many occasions she has even created specific class topics to address issues we were looking to improve on. She is able to engage everyone and make sure the class time is effective and educational. I would strongly recommend attending one of her classes if you have the opportunity.

“Instant Credibility”
We had McGrath Consulting at our office to do a security assessment plus Situational Awareness and Active Shooter Training for our staff. Jack’s background (30 years law enforcement plus Ph.D.) made him instantly credible with the team. The topic can be a very sensitive one to talk about but also cannot be ignored. Jack delivered the information in a way that the staff could learn and were not frightened or overwhelmed. He covered situational awareness when walking to work in addition to emergency preparedness in the office. Being in downtown Denver, we wanted our staff to be careful on their walks to and from the office in addition to being safe while working on the premises or at home. I would highly recommend McGrath Consulting to any organization who has not done this type of training for their staff.

“Tailored Classes”
I have attended multiple courses from Beth in the 6 years she has been our Training Coordinator. Topics include leadership, communication, behavior assessments, and conflict resolution. Her ability to refine content and individualize course material for each attendee has been her formula to success. Her ability to tie together all of her course offerings really helps to equip all leadership levels with the tools they need to be successful. She has made herself available to myself and my staff, outside the classroom, to assist in implementation of strategies and problem solving. I encourage all of my team to attend Beth’s training programs.
